Paid Social Specialist
You will be responsible for the paid social (predominantly Facebook / Instagram and LinkedIn) elements of a portfolio of clients integrated, multi-channel campaigns. You will have a passion for paid social and draw on all appropriate options to drive leads, sales, visits and subscriptions for a broad range of clients.
The agency’s client base spans retail, high street names, blue chip brands and sector leading niche specialist industries. All campaigns involve significant planning and strategy, and you will have our in-house web/software development teams, designers, copywriters, SEO professionals and marketers to utilise and support the delivery of paid campaign objectives.
You will own paid social campaigns for the full campaign lifecycle. You will product insights to help the business development team win new clients, you will produce projections, you will onboard new accounts, optimize current campaigns, restructure campaigns and accounts for improved performance and report on and evaluate campaign performance. You will always be looking for new ad technology and best practice to broaden out accounts, testing new channels, functions and ad types then implementing the learning.
You will monitor account performance, spotting danger and opportunities and acting accordingly.
Essential Experience and Skills:
• Excellent lever of spoken and written English
• Proven successful track record of managing paid Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Proven successful track record of managing product feeds for social shops and dynamic product ads
• Proven successful track record managing social tracking pixels
• Proven successful track record of managing lead generation focused paid social accounts
• Proven successful track record of managing sales focused paid social accounts
• Proven successful track record of managing Facebook and Instagram shops
• Proven successful track record of developing a paid social strategy to support the promotion of a clients products or services
• Proven successful track record of developing a funnel-based strategy to improve conversions
• Proven successful track record of developing and using multiple audiences and audience types to improve results
• Proven successful track record of utilising remarketing to drive conversions
• Proven successful track record of developing new account structures and strategies based on a client’s product or service offering
• Proven successful track record of managing multi-channel accounts using a mix of ad technology and platform
• Producing reports for account performance (monthly and ad hoc)
• Pixel configuration for tracking, product feed creation and audience targeting
• Proven successful track record of managing paid LinkedIn accounts
Essential Certification:
• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
• Meta Certified Media Planning Professional
• Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
Desirable Experience and Skills:
• Experience of creating and using dashboards to monitor account performance, allowing daily time and tasks to be prioritised based on account performance
• Auditing accounts and highlighting opportunities that can support the business development team in pitching for new clients
• Experience of successfully onboarding new clients, understanding their products and services and developing a strategy to support their objectives
• Experience with Google Data Studio (creating and updating report templates)
• Experience with Supermetrics (for reporting)
• Experience with Feed Management Software
• Experience of Amazon Ads
• Experience of Goole Ads
• Experience of Microsoft Ads
• Experience of contributing to client calls and meetings
