Business Development Executive

Do you want to work for a dynamic, innovative and growing Creative, Digital Agency? To support our strategic plans, we are looking to recruit an ambitious and articulated Business Development Executive.

The Role:

  • As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for developing new business leads throughout the UK for our Digital and Design Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and documenting a pipeline of new business opportunities throughout the UK.
  • Research and identify potential clients, that fit with the Inspired portfolio, and our associated services
  • Identify and Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers of potential clients throughout the UK.
  • Make proactive outbound calls and emails to contact prospective clients, with process to follow up.
  • Effectively identify quality commercial opportunities.
  • Effectively explain our clients services and USP's over the phone.
  • Set qualified client meetings - over the phone or face to face.
  • Cold calling prospective clients to identify a need, sell the Inspired proposition, and appoint the business decision maker

The Individual

  • Ideally the candidate will have a proven track record in business to business sales, especially over the phone and ideally within a related field.
  • Will have strong communication skills.
  • Should have excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ideally be self motivated individual who can motivate others.
  • Must be commercially aware, financially motivated and used to a target-driven environment.
  • Will be comfortable being in an office based selling environment articulating a complex sell.
  • Needs to be competent with MS Office and have a good appreciation of the internet.
  • Ideally will be educated to degree level in a related subject area such as Marketing, English etc - although not essential.
