Safe Agent
We designed and built a completely new site for Safe Agent – a Government-backed accreditation scheme which safeguards tenants’ and landlords’ money.
The challenge
Safe Agent needed a web proposition which succinctly articulated the benefits of using a government-backed client protection scheme, and encourage adoption among users. They also needed to facilitate agent applications online – something which had previously been a paper-based process.
The work
Inspired delivered a completely new site and CMS for Safe Agent. The concept is based around demonstrating the legitimacy of registered and landlords, and the extra security benefits and peace of mind it offers to tenants. As part of this we created a new online portal for agent applications and endorsement. We also built a dynamic search allowing tenants to search or registered agents near them. A CMS ensures the Safe Agent team have full control.
