The challenge
NALS needed a site which could deliver a range of services for tenants and landlords alike, and move them from a paper-based process into the digital world. As a core part of their acquisition and sales strategy it was vital that the site could meet the competing needs of two different audiences.
The work
We delivered a brand new site and CMS platform for NALS. Tenants are able use a set of intelligent search features to locate NALS-accredited landlords near to them geographically. For landlords, the site features a fully online registration process, dramatically increasing efficiencies and driving NALS’ wider eCRM activities. All this is supported by a complete Content Management System, enabling the NALS team to have complete control of the site.
The results
The site has revolutionised the way NALS interacts with its customers and stakeholders. Since launch, the number of licensed agents has doubled, and the speed of acquisition and processing has been dramatically increased.
