michaeljohn needed an exceptionally beautiful and luxurious online experience to match the quality of their London salons and spas.

The challenge

With locations in Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Mayfair, and more in the pipeline, michaeljohn asked us to redefine their online presence. The key to success would be in allowing users to browse the incredible treatment range they offer, and showcasing the unique locations of their salons. Naturally there was a focus on driving bookings and enquiries.

The work

Our designers and developers created an exquisitely crafted site, with a fully responsive grid that adapts across mobile, tablet and desktop. We worked with the michaeljohn team to devise a content strategy which would allow us to communicate the variety and detail of the treatments online, and their availability across the different locations.

The site features rich video content, and has a strong focus on driving enquiries and bookings into the different salons. All this is wrapped into a bespoke CMS, allowing a non-technical team to keep things up to date at all times.

The results

The site has only recently launched but has already seen a surge in online booking enquiries, and has received plaudits from across the industry.
